Both were courteous and seemed anxious to provide good service. There was additional work that needed to be done and they took care of it quickly and courteously. Salesman went above and beyond! The upper ball joint on my 2012 FJ came detached from the control arm. I called Chris Cervantes to see if the "Certified Warranty" was still valid and The upper ball joint on my 2012 FJ came detached from the control arm.
