I have owned the truck for a year and have not had any problems and have had regular oil changes and life has truly gotten away from me. After two major surgeries, we are in the middle of building a house and two of my daughters have decided they want to get married within a month of one another (and the house is now one month past the original closing date), so I realized that before we drive to San Diego for a combined bridal shower, I had better get a 45,000 mile service done and that my bluetooth and stereo had been acting up. Josh reset the software in my stereo panel and now it works great. He was super empathic to my situation and just really cool about getting the service done quickly, knowing time was valuable to me. I dropped it off and he called me back in the exact 2 hours he had originally told me it would take to finish. Everything was taken care of and so far, so good! Thank you! As always, the Brent Brown Toyota Family has taken care of us well as they always have for years and we certainly appreciate the detail to customer service every time! More

3x's Meh, Great, Great I had three visits. The first was with Tom. I don't think an oil change and emissions test should take 5+ hours. Twice he told me he would call right I had three visits. The first was with Tom. I don't think an oil change and emissions test should take 5+ hours. Twice he told me he would call right back and didn't. The other two times it took a little longer than anticipated, but all within an hour of expectations. Manu and Tom were great. Both shuttle drivers were very courteous and friendly. More
