The service department is awesome! I like that I can schedule a service online. From there, a service advisor (Casandra is my favorite) will call or text to confirm my appointment. When I get to Brent Brown, I am always welcomed as I get out of my vehicle and taken to my service representative to make sure the service I need is what they do. I get an estimate of how long the service will take and offered a ride to where I need to go if I don't want to wait at the dealership. If the service is especially long, I get calls periodically updating me on the status of my vehicle. More
