Their "no-hassle" service appointments really are "no-hassle", especially if you have the Toyota Care extended service package. They even check with me before the appointment to see how they can serve me beyond the standard upkeep, and I've been surprised when they've made minor adjustments to the car without charge. The waiting area is comfortable, with lots to look at (including some fantastic vintage Toyota cars!). As we waited for our regular maintenance to be completed, Kyle Bourgeois showed us some of the new cars and did a fantastic job keeping us entertained, even though we were not "in the market" currently. They told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes to and hour and a half, and they got it done in just over an hour. They gave me some details on things to change in the future, like my tires, and were not pushy but just giving me the needed information. They treated my kindly and got me on my way quick.
