The Unexpected My experience at dealerships has mostly been like having your teeth cleaned at the dentist office i.e., you don't want to go because you know it wil My experience at dealerships has mostly been like having your teeth cleaned at the dentist office i.e., you don't want to go because you know it will be painful but you do it anyway because your teeth needed to keep them in tip top shape. The visit started that way, but once I met the service writer and the tech who worked on my car it was unexpectedly enjoyful! I'm even looking forward to doing it again. Those two were amazingly brilliant in their positions. I arrived with serval issues and questions and I left with answers and complete confidence that my vehicle had been in good hands and fixed to my satisfaction. Now I understand why Brent Brown uses the moniquer that they will bend over backwards for you. In my case they did.
