Above and Beyond I had a great experience at the service department. I had an oil change and switched from winter to summer tires last month. Then I noticed a strange I had a great experience at the service department. I had an oil change and switched from winter to summer tires last month. Then I noticed a strange bulge on my tire. I took it to the tire place first (I hadn't purchased the tires at Brent Brown), and they said it looked like someone made a mistake while installing it. So I went to Brent Brown to see if they would take care of it. George, the service manager said they would take care of me because I'm their customer (even though he didn't think it was their fault--he later told me it might have been). They replaced the tire and threw in an alignment. I think it's pretty uncommon that anyone stands by their work anymore, and it's certainly not what you expect from a car dealership. So I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done, Brent Brown! More
