It was great. I was treated like a million bucks! I always hate going in for service, but I was very surprised by how well I was treated and how fast I was out of there. Mike didn't try to sell me any I always hate going in for service, but I was very surprised by how well I was treated and how fast I was out of there. Mike didn't try to sell me any additional services and I was completely informed of what did occur during the service call. In fact, I had recently been rear-ended a few weeks before I came in, and a plastic bracket had broken on my rear bumper during the accident. The crew showed me the damage and replaced the plastic fastener with a much more durable bolt--for no cost. That was impressive. I'll be back! Steve Webber More
