Amazing service! Josh in service was amazing! So kind and willing to do everything he could to make sure my car was all ready to go for my road trip the next weekend, Josh in service was amazing! So kind and willing to do everything he could to make sure my car was all ready to go for my road trip the next weekend, I am very happy with my experience with this dealership. Although as I was waiting there was a man who claimed to be a "salesman" there. He said his name was "Kern" he made me very uncomfortable while waiting for my car to be done in service. When I told Josh about what happened in the lobby he said that you guys don't have a salesman named kern. If that's true, someone should keep an eye on the lobby and make sure he isn't making any other girls/women uncomfortable in your dealership. Also, give Josh a raise!!! More

I arrived at the dealership and they were immediately ready to service my vehicle. I waited at the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced and it was a good atmosphere. I was called back within an hour to pick up my vehicle and be on my way. The technician helping me was kind and happy. Didn't feel like anyone was trying to squeeze money out of me or take advantage. Simply offered the services I asked for and accommodated very nicely. 5 Stars More

My car maintenance consisted of the oil changed, tires rotated and aligned, front brakes fixed and rotors turned, etc. The service was great! All items that were serviced John explained each item and what was done. John was great! He always takes good care of me and my car. He is friendly and answers any questions that I have about my service visit. He takes great care of my car. I know that I can depend on great service from John Goodman and Brent Brown Toyota's service department. More
Shocked, Disappointed, Frustrated First off my service tech was nice and personable. I brought my 2006 Sequoia in for an oil change, two recalls, to look at my rear air suspension bec First off my service tech was nice and personable. I brought my 2006 Sequoia in for an oil change, two recalls, to look at my rear air suspension because it is not filling up or holding air properly ( which I have had in three separate times for the exact same thing ) and fix the rear hatch door because the lack of suspension must have jarred something making the door not open. When I picked it up I was charged $200 for the diagnosis / confirmation of rear suspension not working and hatch not opening. This was the 4th time I had taken it in for the suspension not functioning properly and had never been charged, although the previous three times I was told there was nothing wrong. Each visit I mentioned to them that the suspension stopped working properly immediately after they replaced my rear brakes, which had to be re-replaced by them ( Brent Brown ) within a one week period because something got punctured while they were changing them and caused fluid to spray everywhere ruining the brand new brakes. ( and most likely my suspension compressor ) I took it in multiple times after this including the very day they re-did my brakes strictly because the suspension was not working properly but was told nothing was wrong, I'm shocked I was charged $200 to confirm my hatch won't open and my suspension is not working properly and disappointed they never addressed my suspension not working properly following the brakes being ruined and re-replaced by them originally. I brought it up each time only to have them dismiss it. This is the first review of any kind that I have written but this experience has been unbelievably frustrating. More

Bad gas mileage Truck was getting terrible gas mileage. Service Dept. worked on the injectors and were able to increase my mileage tremendously.
