Excellent Service!!!! John Goodman? In the service department was so wonderful to get my car in so quick. They were a tad behind but I had been dropped off and was waiting John Goodman? Needed my freon recharged I bought my vehicle used just 2 months prior and when it got hot the ac wasn't blowing cold. I took it in and and they ended up adding some freon to get it blowing cold. When I went to pay they covered the cost because they shouldn't have sold me a vehicle that didn't have it's AC working. Good experience I've had not-great experiences at Toyota dealerships before, so it was a relief to have such a good one here. Awesome! You can't go wrong with Brent Brown Toyota. I don't feel like I have to worry about anything when I leave my vehicle with them. I feel like they are very honest and they don't try and tell you there's a bunch of other stuff that needs to be done on your vehicle. They will recommend a few things but they don't push you at all. But most of the time I will do whatever is recommended because a Toyota will run forever if you maintain it well and Brent Brown is the best place to keep up on the maintenance of your Toyota. More

Very good...just say couple of things When I got to the dealership (for an oil change) I was unsure of what to do. It was our first time at the dealership. This is our first Toyota. Since we had an appointment we parked and went in and found someone that very nicely told us what to do. A sign letting us know to get in line and a setvice associate would be with us soon would have been nice. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
