Overall, the service center does fine, but if you own an NV passenger van, they struggle to service those properly. I have owned my van for 10 years, now, and have had repeated issues with this service center regarding the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). They rarely get it set properly when I have the tires rotated, resulting in me having to return to the facility for a second time to get them to reset the TPMS. Their prices are okay, if you get the Advantage Care package for the oil changes and tire rotations, but you can get parts like batteries and tires much cheaper elsewhere. More

Service is arduous and slow. I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service. The service people I worked with were very good. However, I have problem with the cost of a replacement key for my 2008 RAV 4. The total cost was over $350. It cost $160 to program the key.
