Addyn did a great job greeting me and getting me set up with Orrin. I had an appointment for 3:30. Orrin did say that they were very busy and it’ll probably take 1-1.5 to complete the service. It ended up being closer to 2hrs which was a little frustrating. Then he said they noticed a missing lug nut when they rotated the tires. It was there the last time we brought it in for a rotation so we’re not sure how it went missing. Orrin is doing a great job in helping us locate a replacement though. I did notice two other minor annoyances with my service besides the wait and the missing lug nut. As I drove away the hood suddenly popped up. It scared me bc there was no indicator that it wasn’t shut completely. Luckily, I wasn’t on the freeway yet. I had to pull over to close it completely. Lastly, when I got home I noticed the technician had just left my lug wrench on my passenger seat instead of returning it to the ziploc bag they found it in. I know these are small things but good service is remembering these little things. Overall, I do enjoy coming to this dealership for service. More
