We booked an appointment for an oil change, showed up on time for the appointment. Were told it would take 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, went back and were told the car hadn’t been taken in yet. No apologies given, no reasons, nothing. This was for a prepaid service and I really doubt we will take the car back there.
