I made an appointment for Friday at 4pm on the Toyota app. When I showed up I was told that the maintenance that was required, required the truck to come in in the mornings. Needs to improve when leaving customers on hold over the phone. They let me on hold for almost an hour and I never got transferred. Then I called again and they did not pick up my call at all. From booking the appointment all the way through the service I was treated like a valued customer. Joseph was my service advisor and was very helpful and considerate.
