Enrique was kind—all the employees I interacted with were friendly. I just felt that the communication from Enrique was not great. I had to leave a couple messages in one day and then was not contacted bac friendly. I just felt that the communication from Enrique was not great. When I received the maintenance suggestions via text, I responded with approvals but found out the following day that my response had not gone through for some reason so none of it had been done.
