I made an appointment for Friday at 4pm on the Toyota app. When I showed up I was told that the maintenance that was required, required the truck to come in in the mornings. Needs to improve when leaving customers on hold over the phone. They let me on hold for almost an hour and I never got transferred. Then I called again and they did not pick up my call at all. I was a little worried they wouldn’t give me the same service care because I did asked if I could get the Toyota care service at Brent Brown in Orem.
