Service advisor was very nice. Problem was not fixed, although acknowledged known issues. Said because they could not get it to fail, they would not fix it. Not sure if being under warranty has an impact on that decision. Technician said it might be because it was cold where I live. I have bought four new Toyotas and have always had a good experience. The cold has never been a problem. Drove an hour each way to get there, waited for four hours, and it failed stopping at the store on the way home. The reason I checked I might recommend service center is because I have always chosen Brent Brown Toyota for service and have always had good luck, but this is not their typical level of service.
