If I had the time I would have talked to the sales rep on true customer service. I would recommend he reads a book called "Unreasonable Hospitality". It applies to all service-oriented businesses. I recently bought a certified used 2021 Highlander, with warranty. After less than 3,800 miles the brakes were bad. They say it's my fault. We've had 3 cars services at Brent Brown Toyota over the past 15 y warranty. After less than 3,800 miles the brakes were bad. They say it's my fault. We've had 3 cars services at Brent Brown Toyota over the past 15 years, and have never had a brake issue. I'm very disappointed that I had to pay almost $300 for something that is obviously their fault. Maybe I don't understand what "Certified Used" means, or what the warranty covers after only 3800 miles and 6 months of ownership. More
