I took my Highlander in for a hybrid system malfunction. Within an hour and a half the car was fixed (low coolant level apparently affected the temperature sensor) and I was on my way to Seattle. Absurdly over-priced. Plus, I feel the recommended work was not necessary. The front desk people were awesome. The rest? Will not be coming back. Felt like I was dealt with dishonestly and double-dinged for diagnostic fees. Seriously, who charges a double diagnostic fee. Have NEVER experienced that. I refused all service estimates and came in to pick up my car the next day. And, surprise...I have had none of the issues that I brought the car in for to begin with. Made me think it was an absolutely easy fix (like replacing a fuse), and they still wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. Pathetic. I don't/can't trust the dealership at all. More

Dealership sold me a car that had a broken part on it. They clipped the bottom bumper back together to make it appear normal. And they refused to replace it. Terrible dealer, terrible service.
