Took vehicle in for servicing. Documentation said the work had been done (tire fill and rotation, oil change, multi point inspection) but my deflated tire was still deflated and in Documentation said the work had been done (tire fill and rotation, oil change, multi point inspection) but my deflated tire was still deflated and in the same position. Went back in and service manager confirmed the work hadn't been done despite the paperwork stating it had. Recommend always verifying yourself that stated work had actually been done and dont trust what the dealership says. More

Definitely a mixed review, love that they're willing to work with me and use a service plan I bought for a vehicle that had been totaled, hate that they will say without failure that you need to have your work with me and use a service plan I bought for a vehicle that had been totaled, hate that they will say without failure that you need to have your air filters changed regardless of how recently you yourself have changed them. As well as throw in other items that are not necessary at the time, like my rear struts they said urgently needed attention and when I spoke with the service writer he said it's starting to leak a tiny bit but you probably won't notice anything. So it's hard to tell whether I can actually trust them or they're just trying to get another buck out of me. More
