Spencer gave me a price and told me I wouldn't beat it. A day later, I called to say he was right and would he please order/find the car for me. In less than a month, I had my car. The price was as quoted, Spencer arranged to be there when I came (from 280 miles away) to pick it up. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The entire experience was trouble and stress-free. I would recommend Brent Brown Toyota without hesitation. More
Dustin and Andrew worked hard to make the deal work for the dealership but not the customer. Shelton after the signing showed his temper. Kyle was very mean, demeaning and threatening. I went to Brent Brown Toyota to look at a used Toyota Rav4. The Rav4 I was looking at had two open safety recalls. When I brought this up with the sales manager, he got rude and defensive. He told me that I had just been reading a bunch of crap on the internet and walked away. He would not even listen to what I had to say. I felt so small and belittled. They did not even think I was worth talking to. Once I got home, I called and talked to a general manager to tell him what happened. He offered to make things right, but has never followed through. He said he would help me find a car, but they have done nothing. I was humiliated in the dealership, but I was willing to overlook the incident if they were sincere about helping. I am very disappointed, as it appears they did not care about how I was treated, or even helping me find the right car. More
Scott was very friendly from the get go, and didn't make me feel any pressure whatsoever. I went into Brent Brown after checking out a few other dealerships for the truck I wanted. I was very impressed! As I drove off their lot with my truck it felt like I had just bought a new one, even though it was 10 yrs old. Ryan listened and made it as easy as possible. In fact I told him I was in a time crunch and within the hour I was walking out with the keys to my truck.
