I went to Brent Brown Toyota to look at a used Toyota Rav4. The Rav4 I was looking at had two open safety recalls. When I brought this up with the sales manager, he got rude and defensive. He told me that I had just been reading a bunch of crap on the internet and walked away. He would not even listen to what I had to say. I felt so small and belittled. They did not even think I was worth talking to. Once I got home, I called and talked to a general manager to tell him what happened. He offered to make things right, but has never followed through. He said he would help me find a car, but they have done nothing. I was humiliated in the dealership, but I was willing to overlook the incident if they were sincere about helping. I am very disappointed, as it appears they did not care about how I was treated, or even helping me find the right car. More

As I drove off their lot with my truck it felt like I had just bought a new one, even though it was 10 yrs old. Ryan listened and made it as easy as possible.
