I bought my truck in another state, but brought it in for the 10,000 miles maintenance. Erin was amazing! On top of the maintenance, I asked her about some small scratches on the truck. I seen an ad for 2 cars. 1) 2009 HHR and 1)Mazda 6. I then called the dealership to confirm they still had them and yes they did. Chess then called me and he was very polite and we made an appointment for me to come down and test drive both cars. I was a little late due to traffic from Salt Lake City but Chess was ok with it. He also had the cars ready for me to test drive. Chess then gave me the keys to the HHR and I went on my test drive. When I returned he was busy so he had Nick help me and Nick found the Mazda 6 but it was out of gas, so Nick went and got some so that I could test drive the car. (Other dealers would have just pushed another car on me, but not Nick) Both Nick and Chess were great, no pressure and they were very helpful. I ended up getting the Mazda 6 and the entire staff was helpful and quick. Its not like other dealerships where they make you stay all day looking at cars you don't want and doing paperwork. The finance guy went right through the paper work and he did not try and force any extras at me. Due to this experience Brent Brown Toyota is my new source for all my car needs. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Heck I may just tell people I meet on the street about them. You guys rock. Jason More
We were newly on the market to purchase a second car as we drove into Brent brown hoping to look at some 4 door yaris's. They only had one yaris so Chris ended up showing us the Scion XD that was similar we drove into Brent brown hoping to look at some 4 door yaris's. They only had one yaris so Chris ended up showing us the Scion XD that was similar to the yaris. He was great to work with and didn't push us into looking at cars that were way out of our budget. We went in and talked about numbers and told Chris we might just consider the yaris if it was in our price point. Dustin came over and talked to us and it felt like he was pressuring us into getting the scion that was far out of our price point. When we told him that he said he could probably get us a corolla for the price we were looking at. We ended up leaving to talk things over when they called us back later that day saying they could get us the Corolla. They helped us find a great car with everything we were looking for and in the price we needed. Brian helped us get through all the financial papers quickly since we had other obligations soon after. Was a great experience and we love our new car. More

Most of our dealings were with Spencer Colby (a sales manager) and Shane Noyce (a sales associate), who were both patient and knowledgeable. They both spent significant time with us, were very friendly, and worked hard to grant every request for test drives and to answer every question. Also important to us was that they allowed us the time to work through the various questions we had to answer in our own minds as part of our complex purchase decision. Throughout the process, they made the experience pleasant and valuable, and we highly recommend their dealership. More

I called ahead to see if the car I was considering buying was on their lot and spoke to Jared Pela. He met me when I got there, answered any lingering questions I had, and beat the best offer another dealer had made me for the same car. He was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I finally decided that this was my best option. After deciding on a purchase price, add-ons, and a monthly payment, I was rewarded in the financing office by a reduction in my monthly payment...what a great surprise! I love Brent Brown Toyota and will continue to buy my cars through them...this is my 2nd purchase! More

The price was as quoted, Spencer arranged to be there when I came (from 280 miles away) to pick it up. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. Dustin and Andrew worked hard to make the deal work for the dealership but not the customer. Shelton after the signing showed his temper. Kyle was very mean, demeaning and threatening.
