Jared Pela made the buying a car process easy no games just listened to what we were wanting and answered, no run-around. Andy the finance guy made it clear what they can do for me in finance and made its super easy and fast. He did try to sell me anything I did not need (unlike other dealers). My daughter in law and I took my Toyota 4 Runner out this past weekend on the deer hunt. Of course the terrain wasn't the best but we tried to be careful , however some of the check engine lights came on. I past weekend on the deer hunt. He can usually fix anything so he went and checked it out. He wasn't very happy when he told me we had to take it to a dealer to have it looked at. We live in Price so the closet place is Brent Brown in Orem. This didn't help the situation, however, he called and they were able to get us in Monday morning! Luckily I had meetings in SLC Monday morning! When I got there, they took us right in, they were very friendly and said they would be done around early afternoon, probably around 2:00 p.m. I told them that would be fine. I left for my meetings. I got a call from Mike at 1:59 saying that my car was all done. One of the fears that my husband had is that the cost would be over $800.00 to have it checked out or fixed. When Mike called he said, I don't want you to be surprised by the amount so I'm telling you, the total is, $459.35. How nice is that! Needless to say both my husband and I were very pleased! When I went to pick up my vehicle, again they were very friendly and nice! They explained everything they had done, so I could plain it to my husband, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and then they gave me a coupon for a free car wash!
