Gave me the worst detail I’ve ever seen on the truck I bought. They didn’t have keys so they made me horrible duplicates. I hate these keys. The tires weren’t aligned, it wasn’t even washed at all. We purchased by reaching out to the dealership and finalized things through email and text. We would have preferred to see the car in person first and work face to face, but that wasn't an option. They are always friendly and helpful. I brought my truck in for it's regular maintenance and was told it would be ready in about 2 hours but but it ended up being over 8 hours.
