Buy 2 vehicles for the price of one I spent 4 hours and a half looking for cars and waiting to get the paper work done. Interesting thing when I am signing the final papers it says leasi I spent 4 hours and a half looking for cars and waiting to get the paper work done. Interesting thing when I am signing the final papers it says leasing ... Between all the time nobody say that I was leasing. The manager try to explain me the advantages of leasing but I really felt frustrated because when I see the opportunity to buy 2 vehicles like the advertisement said .. I was leasing this 2 vehicles. I am a person who likes things right and I felt like I waist my time there... I like to feel free when I can choose if I going to buy or lease something And I want to know it on front ... The manager was really nice to try to explain me but pushy in the way to make me sign the papers ... Thanks guys but not thanks just for the reason that I want to be able to say no when I feel that things are not right or were not handle the right way ... I really appreciate the concer of the manager in make me safe some money and explain me the great deal but sorry I will not go back. Every one have good or bad experience mine was not the best ...when somebody says to you if you do not take the deal now let's do not do business later. I felt push. If you are going to return later why do not sign now.. My recommendation for you please train your guys in body language and to make people comfortable and not push them ... If the manager just make me feel free to say no and he will take a no I will say yes At the same time . when somebody just is trying to make sign anyway that is not a good signal for anybody ether is the deal is so good. I understand his concer of me losing the deal but trying to make me sign and think later that does not give a good trusty sign to anybody .( by the way Tully was a wonderful guy ) More

I wanted the lower end model in a certain color and with certain specs. They found it for me and had it brought in. I test drove it the next day and ended up taking it home! I was told there were no additional warranties charged. I reviewed my paperwork after getting insurance and noticed they added Millennium Coverage onto my loan for over $2000. I purchased a 2016 vehicle. Why would I purchase additional coverage knowingly. When I contacted the sales manager, Tyler Eastman, he said he would send a cancellation form to my email. All I had to do was fill it out and the money would be put towards my loan. After receiving the form on 12/3 and sending a signed form back to Tyler and Sean Smith, my salesman, on 12/7 I have yet to see any money returned. I have sent 2 follow up emails to Tyler on 12/11 and again on 1/14 with no response. More
