I understood I was going to have to travel due to the rare features the car needed to have. Salesman Jordan was amazing over at Orem Mazda, over the phone and in person. He delivered what was promised and ensured that everything, including financing, was ready to go when I arrived. I had a quick turn around back home to Nampa, ID for work the following morning so timing was critical and he nailed it, evening coming in on his day off to ensure the deal went through smoothly. I found my car on a Monday and by Wednesday I was in Orem, UT purchasing the vehicle. I would most definitely refer anyone to this dealership and I hope to buy another vehicle soon. More

liars & scammers They lied when they said I could count on a good price. After a long huddle with the "sales manager", my salesman came back with the sticker price. They lied when they said I could count on a good price. After a long huddle with the "sales manager", my salesman came back with the sticker price. Fortunately, I remembered what the sticker price was & did not fall for their lie that sticker price was a "good price" They lied when they said the car would be ready to drive off. They promised it would be ready to go at 2:30pm but didn't even start prepping it until 4:00pm The scam: In sorting thru documents a few days after finally getting the car after all their lies as to when it would be ready, I found we had paid $200 for some useless 3 year theft insurance which I never before heard of. I still can't figure out how these liars and scammers snuck that one past me, but they did. there are some decent car dealers in Utah. Orem/Bountiful Mazda is not one of them. We won't ever go back, and you should never go in the first place. More

Their finance manager will lie to your face to get you to come back so they can pressure you again. He has bullied my wife 4 times. He even lied to me directly. If you want a Mazda go to Provo, or any where else in the state. More

We saw a vehicle that was advertised online, and went into Orem Mazda determind to only test drive. Jordan McAnarney met with us, and took us for a test drive. We discussed after what we thought, and what our budget was. Jordan was not overly pushy. He was very adament that we would have a good experience, and that is what we got. We actually left without purchasing the vehicle. So we could decide, away from it, if it was the right decision. Jordan was absolutely understanding, and did not try to pressure us into the sale. We returned after lunch and purchased it. Financing went smoothly, and we got the car we wanted out the door for under what we were expecting. Because of Jordan and the others who helped us at Orem Mazda, we actually look forward to purchasing our next vehicle. I never thought we would ever say that! More

Our salesperson (Amanda Montgomery) gave us a test drive, explained the technology package we had purchased. We needed to leave but she sensed we hadn't mastered the technology and insisted we come back for additional training and spent an additional 2 hours with us after we had already bought the car. I found that pretty amazing! The actual closing on the car included the traditional attempts to "up-sell" additional protections but it wasn't a hard sell and turning down the add-ons was easy., More
