No pressure easy used car purchase at a fair price We had been shopping online for a second car, a used car for our family. We had been shopping for several weeks and finally found what appeared to be We had been shopping online for a second car, a used car for our family. We had been shopping for several weeks and finally found what appeared to be a excellent value at Orem Mazda. The car was a 2014 Chrysler 200 LX with only 28K, and the price was an average of about 2-3K below what other dealers were asking. I contacted the dealer and was put in contact with Jordon and right from the start he was excellent and exceeded expectations. He quickly answered questions about the car and then I asked him to really look it over for dents and dings and any damage. We live over 200 miles away and we wanted to really understand the exact condition prior to making the trip down to Orem. Jordon was on it, and he drove the car and then pulled it inside and completely inspected it and took pictures of any and all tiny scratches and or anything from normal wear and tear. He then sent the pictures and called me with his findings. It really is different having someone care, and take the time to honestly tell you about any and all defects etc......in case you have not bought a lot of cars, this is very rare......usually the sale person and dealership try to hide everything and then you find damage at home, and the deny it......not with Jordon, not at Orem Mazda.....they do it the old fashion way, honest and right. He accurately described the car and reported it ran and drove great, we left a deposit and made plans for delivery on the following Saturday. I did ask Jordon to attempt to buff some of the minor scratches......he agreed but also stated that they may not all come out-again, shooting straight, being honest and not over promising. Long story short we arrived on Saturday to pick up the car and it as freshly cleaned and parked right up front as you enter the dealership. The scratches had been buffed, and many were now gone. Jordon greeted us quickly and professionally and showed us the car. We then took a quick test drive and then went in to do the paperwork and exchange dollars etc. Jordon introduced us to Chad the business manager and again we were impressed. Chad was professional and answered our questions and made the experience a positive one, there was no pressure, no nonsense, just a great open process. To sum up my experience, I would share that both Jordon and Chad exceeded all expectations and made this car buying experience a very positive one and I would recommend them and the dealership to everyone looking for a honest, fair, no pressure no games buying experience. Good work Jordon and Chad and the team at Orem Mazda-you did great!!! More

I began my experience by walking through the lot, looking through the cars, without an associate to assist me. Previous purchases at other dealerships had flagged this as unusual to me. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity it gave me! I was able to browse, without feeling pressured, to see what i was interested in before wasting time. In fact, if it wasn't for this, I wouldn't have found the car that I loved the most. Finding a car i was interested in, I went inside to look around and find an associate. Once again, I wasn't engaged immediately upon entering which ended up being something that I enjoyed. It made me feel completely in control and that I had no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. Loved it! Only a short time after entering did an associate, Michael S. Smith, engage me. He was great! He immediately went outside with me and aided me wherever needed. Went above an beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and I got the full experience with the car. He never once made me feel pressured (to me that is very important!). What I found really great was how he spoke of the vehicle; like a real person, pros/cons, his experience with his (awesome!), and the changes that have made the company better. I honestly believe he is the reason I bought this vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and I will definitely recommend Michael to all those looking to purchase.
