The best car buying experience! I just bought my 3rd brand new Mazda from Orem Mazda. This the 3rd in the last 3 years. I live 2 miles away from another (competitor) Mazda dealershi I just bought my 3rd brand new Mazda from Orem Mazda. This the 3rd in the last 3 years. I live 2 miles away from another (competitor) Mazda dealership, but prefer to drive 45 minutes to do business with Orem Mazda, for all my car buying and service needs. Chip Hawkes, the general manager, is the nicest person I have ever did business with. He is straight forward, honest and will do anything to help. His friendly approach is definitely what keeps me coming back to Orem Mazda. Chad VanWagoner, the business manager (finance) is a wonderful person, and he explained all the paperwork with great patience. While I'm at it, I have to mention Monte Menzel, my service advisor. He makes sure that every service appointment is on time and job completion is always as estimated. Chip Hawkes (GM), thank you for running this kind of an operation.
