Bare minimum I had to take my vehicle in 3 different times for them to finally resolve the transmission issue with my QX60. They then told me they replaced the transmission with a new one, but when I looked at the invoice it stated reconditioned. Not really a big deal, except when you try to pass it off as brand new. No follow up I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and after driving it for less than a month I found the vehicle to have some issues. After returning to g I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and after driving it for less than a month I found the vehicle to have some issues. After returning to get it serviced a few times they have now said the problem with the vehicle is not covered under any warranty. The car has less than 10,000 miles and is a 2018. I am now trying to find someone to repair the issues at a reasonable price since I have to pay out of my pocket for the repairs. The communication has been very minimal and I am unhappy with the service I’ve received thus far. More
