Excellent customer service! I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, Howeve I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, However, Eduardo, my Service advisor made it very pleasant and easier for me throughout the process. He went out of his way to help me get a discount on am this major repair cost ($1700), and I eally appreciate that. He even arranged for me to use a loaner car and dropped it off on the day that was convenient for me due to my work. Eduardo was very professional, courteous, and nice. I went away feeling very positive about the experience despite having an unexpected expense. I feel confident Eduardo well provide me with good service if I ever need to revisit for the top problem or any other problems with my car. Thank you! . More

Pleasent Tuan did in amazing job on servicing my 2017 Q60. There was a small ECM recall and he took care of it for me right away. Gerardo & the team took fantastic care of my Q50 I called in the morning about my daughter bringing my Infiniti Q50 for service. Her name is not on the title of the vehicle but he was still able to I called in the morning about my daughter bringing my Infiniti Q50 for service.
