Grade A Service I have dealt exclusively with Kevin Hall for all of my service visits for the last 3+ years and he has been nothing short of amazing. Even though service visits are several months apart, he always remembers me by name and as soon as he sees me he is sure to personally greet me with a smile. He has great interpersonal skills and always thorouguly explains the service needs of my vehicle and makes sure that I am a in and out as efficiently as possible. One time my car needed major service that required several days. There was a rental car assigned to me that I wouldn't have been fond of and once Kevin saw it, he went out of his way to change it to something more my style. He's even helped me look online for accessories for my car. These kinds of personal touches are reasons why I keep coming back to Orange Coast Infiniti for my service needs even after my extended warranty has expired. More
