Gerardo took the time to get it done! 7:30a. Brought in my QX56 that I purchased at OC Infiniti for complementary car wash, which was suppose to be part of the deal when I bought the car. 7:30a. It's been a couple months since I took advantage of this service. Lo and behold. MANAGEMENT CHANGED and guess what? NO MORE COMPLEMENTARY CAR WASH!!!! Hmmm... Got an oil change which was overdue, which "earn" me a car wash. Suppose to take an hour. Went back at 9:30a and they just started the wash. My service advisor Gerardo went back to help wash the car. I was impressed by his willingness to help me get out of there so I gave this review a 4 Star because of his effort. For the MANAGEMENT decision to save money and renege on prior agreement? I'd give a 1 Star. Be REAL careful what your salesperson promises you the next time you buy your car!!! More

Tires I was in recently for a service and the advisor said tires were good but lower end on tread. I stopped at the store yesterday and notice both front in I was in recently for a service and the advisor said tires were good but lower end on tread. I stopped at the store yesterday and notice both front inner walls were completely worn and and steel was showing all the way around the tire. Luckily I didn’t have a blowout. Wish they would have recommended tires when I got my oil change and balance a few weeks back. More
