Prompt, Friendly service with a smile! I purchased my QX50 at Orange Coast Infinity about 4 months ago and they gave me my first service for free. I just drove in and a friendly attendant checked me in and an hour later I was back on the road again with a complete service including tire rotation. They have a comfortable lounge with an excellent selection of beverages and a TV remote control. I'll be back for sure! More

Poor service, Don't like to be lied to. Needed a service visit, Involved with BBB Auto Line over a steering problem. Had an appt. at 11 am, was there early. Service manager, (Gerardo Gonzale Needed a service visit, Involved with BBB Auto Line over a steering problem. Had an appt. at 11 am, was there early. Service manager, (Gerardo Gonzalez) stated they would check the system out and test drive the vehicle. I waited in the rest area and waited and waited. Close to and hour and one half later, I became inpatient and went in to the service manager to see it their was a problem. Mr. Gonzalez stated, it's ready. He gave me my copy of the service slip and called to have my vehicle brought in. I noticed that the interior of the vehicle was very hot, very hot. As I was driving my car home I noticed the mileage was the same as then I took it in for service. I'm not a complete fool. They lied to me. They took my car to the back lot, let it set in the sun for over an hour, which explained the very hot interior, No test drive, which explained the mileage problem, and calmed everything was ok. "Daaa, something doesn't smell right." There's a problem with the steering system, I'm afraid to drive the vehicle on the freeway. I'm hoping the BBB Auto Line will help me, I'm getting no help from Infinity, only lies. sincerely, Lester H. Rice Jr. More
