Always Satisfied I had an unusual problem that I wanted looked at before my warranty expired. I thought they would do a scan and send me on my way. Instead, Gerardo ha I had an unusual problem that I wanted looked at before my warranty expired. I thought they would do a scan and send me on my way. Instead, Gerardo had me leave my car and offered me a loaner so that they could do a thorough check. They spent 2 days on it.. In the end, no current issue was found, but was given some possible causes. They did identify a leak and changed the seal under warranty. While there, they did an inspection and washed the car. No upsell for unnecessary services. More

Unfortunately, THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE FOR MY 1st Scheduled Service because NOW THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO ALWAYS PROVIDE A SERVICE LOANER, ever since they were bought by AutoNation, a few years ago. So, I told them to CANCEL MY RESERVATION & I scheduled my 1st Service with OC Infiniti, instead. I had purchased my last QX56 there, more than a few years ago; but, I got tired of driving so far for service. Now, I have no choice and I AM GLAD. OC Infiniti DID A GREAT JOB, GAVE ME A GREAT LOANER, WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS and checked me out, when I returned the Loaner Car, within a few minutes. They did everything I EXPECT AN INFINITI SERVICE CENTER TO DO. NICE WORK! I will continue my Service here, as long as they keep performing this well. More
