Service department could use some work The manager Kevin is a pretty great guy to work with. The other guys in button downs in the service department offices are a different story. Not the most respectful or professional in their attitude or work. One by the name Tuan, who was argumentative and had a demeanor that he’s always right and your wrong. Odd thing, the service manager actually confirmed that Tuan was wrong on a question I had asked him. Although, the actual service team guys in the garage, in the back have always had a good, strong, and respectful attitude. Again some of the service team in offices could use some training. Surprised by their attitude and havevior. More
