No communication I brought my car in for an oil change and to get brakes check at 10:30 am. No one called me by 3:30 pm to update me. It took me over an hour to connec I brought my car in for an oil change and to get brakes check at 10:30 am. No one called me by 3:30 pm to update me. It took me over an hour to connect with Gerardo who informed me my car was ready. When I arrived I was informed that the back brakes need new pads but Gerardo did not know that. I was given a loaner car so the work could be done the next day. What a pain. Client should be called with a few hours to update service info. Was not impressed at all. More
