Great, friendly service I arrived at Orange Coast Infiniti with ZERO intent on leasing a new car, although I did show up to look at a specific vehicle. I was first greeted by DEBORAH and then assisted by the Internet Sales Manager, ANDREW, who sees the crossover I’m checking out, starts pointing out components and then offers a test drive. Initially I declined, but acquiesced. During the test drive Andrew further explains different features of the QX50 and I’m pretty much sold. Upon return to the dealership, Andrew informed me that my employer has a deal with Infiniti for $500 off. That, plus the other magic he worked, the numbers were just too good for me to refuse and we had a deal. While Andrew was handling my paperwork, I hung out with Deborah in her office as the Finance Department had a slight back up of customers. The wait was so long, that Andrew offered to go grab dinner for me; what a stud?! Eventually I was sent to Finance; I was only in there for a bit. Afterwards I met again with Deborah and we went over all the technology of the new car and moved my belongings from the old car. I’m happy I stopped by when I did. Andrew and Deborah were great, as was JOEY in Finance. I’m satisfied with the terms of my deal and glad to have leased a third car from OC Infiniti. More

Very poor experience dealing with service I’m currently on my fourth consecutive Infiniti lease and have never been treated so poorly as my last experience. I was lied to by two separate servi I’m currently on my fourth consecutive Infiniti lease and have never been treated so poorly as my last experience. I was lied to by two separate service people, as well as being wrongfully overcharged. My immediate family also has two Infiniti leases and none of us will ever be returning to OC Infiniti again and we will also be reaching out to corporate in Infiniti to voice our disappointment. As such loyal customers we should never be treated like this. More
