Long waits - lack of communication between employees I’ve been to this Infiniti dealership for the past 5ish years, taking my car in for regular maintenance service. The employees are very nice and try s I’ve been to this Infiniti dealership for the past 5ish years, taking my car in for regular maintenance service. The employees are very nice and try so hard to be helpful, but I think they just don’t communicate well with each other. This latest time I came in for an oil change, told them I would be waiting in the lounge for my car, and the employee (Kevin?) helped me letting me know it would take about an hour. I also receive a text from Kevin saying to respond if I need anything while I wait for my car. About 1.5 hours pass and Kevin comes into the lounge to let one of the other customers know his car is ready and he says my car is almost done. I waited another 30+ minutes and Kevin has not come back. So I respond to the text asking about the status but get no response. I catch another employee asking about my car. He apologized profusely about the long wait and says he will check on my car. I waited another 15 minutes before the other employee comes to let me know my car is ready...and it looks like maybe Kevin was gone for the day? During a previous maintenance visit I experienced something similar. After a long wait for an oil change I was notified that the maintenance employee working on my car had gone on his lunch break and they don’t know where he left my car key. They ended up giving me a loaner car as they were unsure when he’d be back. Several hours later I got a call that the employee was back from his lunch break and had actually had me car key with him. Again, I do believe the employees are all very nice and try their best to be helpful. There seems to be an overall lack of communication amongst the organization. More

Decline in customer service after 4 leases with you.. This is my 4 th lease with you and will be my last. The experience and treatment was disappointing. We even bought my son’s QX50 at your place2016 and This is my 4 th lease with you and will be my last. The experience and treatment was disappointing. I know there are many other dealerships out there but up until this point, your customer service trumps everything else. This last experience was very disappointing.
