Happy Customer My experience was so awesome at Orange Coast Infiniti with Kevin in the Service Center. I was there before shop opened up and he took me right in and My experience was so awesome at Orange Coast Infiniti with Kevin in the Service Center. I was there before shop opened up and he took me right in and started my paperwork. He was professional, courteous and kind throughout my visit. He made me feel comfortable and didn't over sell me something that wasn't necessary. Within minutes he had me in a loaner QX60 for the rest of my day, I was impressed. Within a few hours he was calling me back telling me the work had been completed. He even through in a back wiper blade which wasn't in stock but ordered it for me and said he'd call me when it got in and all I'd have to do is show up and he'd change it out for me. It was definitely a white glove treatment and I'll be returning for my next service which will only be an oil change but they have all my future business without a doubt. Thanks Kevin your awesome!
