Twice I’ve picked up my car for other service and tv’s go ou I have picked up my car twice for other service issues and twice my TV’s in the back have needed to be replaced. They arrived to the shop working just I have picked up my car twice for other service issues and twice my TV’s in the back have needed to be replaced. They arrived to the shop working just fine and have mysteriously both went out. I believe it’s something the service department is doing to cause this. It just does not happen twice coincidently. Total not happy about this! More

Quick and friendly advisors, mediocre otherwise Upon arrival, a couple cars in front of me. Took about 15 minutes to get with tech. Not a big deal but not as quick as it should be. Service was quick for drop off and leave at around 2.5 hours. Just CPO oil and tire performed. However, not sure the rotation was done. Air pressures were identical to drop off, front was a little lower than recommended 35 psi. Got the car back with same tire pressures in each tire as when I dropped off. Also recommended I change my engine air filters as they were dirty, something that I completed 2 weeks prior so I know they aren’t. Not the best visit, but not the worst. Definitely room for improvement compared to other Infiniti service centers I’ve used. More
