came for replace battery, cracked wind shield caught on dash I had bad experience at Tustin Infiniti were they tried to trick us to pay for Battery which was under warranty. called oc infiniti and Eduardo oblige I had bad experience at Tustin Infiniti were they tried to trick us to pay for Battery which was under warranty. called oc infiniti and Eduardo obliged and assisted and mentioned battery was under warranty. but when I went to pick my car saw big crack on windshield on side of the battery. it was very evident and told Eduardo about the issue and he mentioned it was already when he drove. my dash cam clear showed that I didnt have a crack when came in and happened around 3:40 when tech placed plastic looking mold and crack appeared. I have all the files saved which shows timeline. called and left two voice mails to Eduardo but have not got any response. More

Pleased with my service rep but not pleased with the bill It is unlikely i would return to orange coast Infiniti. I came to have my breaks replaced, oil change and tire rotation. For SEVERAL years i was charg It is unlikely i would return to orange coast Infiniti. I came to have my breaks replaced, oil change and tire rotation. For SEVERAL years i was charged under 30 bucks for tire rotation and oil change. This recent visit i was charged over 60 for the oil change and they didn’t do the tire rotation. SUPER SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I will no longer return to OC Infiniti More
