OC Infiniti Service Rep half hour late Arrived for my 7:00am confirmed appointment and the Service Rep was not there. Was invited to "have a seat" at 7:20 and somewhere at round 7:30 my car Arrived for my 7:00am confirmed appointment and the Service Rep was not there. Was invited to "have a seat" at 7:20 and somewhere at round 7:30 my car entered the Service Bay. No word from my Rep. Why must your customers be tied to one Service Rep? Don't all your Reps work for OC Infiniti and work to serve your customers? Thank you to Gerardo for pitching in for late Eduardo, but only after 7:30. More
