Service doesn't really care their customers I did maintenance for my QX60, and tried to replace my tires but found I didn't have enough time to do so. I would like to make an appointment for next Saturday so I would have a loaner car to use, but the service guy Gerardo insisted that I text him 1-2 days before Saturday so he can make sure he reserves a car for me, I was like, can't I do it now? Anyways, so I couldn't even make an appointment and I texted Gerardo on Thursday, no response, I called him and left the voicemail message, no response, when I called the dealership directly on Saturday, they have no record of mine at all. I was angry and I asked to speak to a manager, they said the manager won't be here until Monday, I said yes, please let the manager call me on Monday. Well, nothing happened on Monday either. They just totally ignored their customers, totally. More
