Never buy a car from here 3 words can describe them (Shady,Rude,xxxxed Up). Bought a new Jeep Sahara Hybrid upon working out the deal and paperwork this dealer didn't deliver as they promised. They are very lazy, as they do not want to work, have attitudes, and my car has a big scratch when I bought it and was promised that they would fix it on another occasion and they would call for a follow up. No calls have been made I have made 20 calls after the last two weeks in order to make a time to bring the car in to be repaired. After numerous phone calls and voice-mail. I got told to xxxx off and stop calling by multiple salesman/women and hung up on as well.(Juan and Cynthia very very bad) The general manager Daniele is nowhere to be heard from. Finally I get a phone call today from (Joshua)saying I noticed you never completed the survey we sent you, and subsequently until you finish it and give us 👍 and all tens across the board we will not be helping you with your issue. After being threatened to do so in order to fix my new car with was promised with a due bill. I conceded and gave them all tens except the part of the survey that says if your car was either dirty inside or out or whether it had any scratches or so which I said it had a scratch otherwise 10's and thumbs up all across the board. Only to get a phone call from Joshua later this afternoon screaming at me saying that I "xxxxed his dealer not for the couple of hundred dollars it would have cost to fix my car but the thousands I xxxxed his dealer for this survey was a failing grade and he was furious saying what was so hard about tens across the board? I told him I did what he asked even though he told me to lie on the customer review survey and he said screw me I xxxxed him" we are no longer going to help you. "You had your chance" is what he told me. Never do business with these xxxxxxxx they are unhelpful, rude, and unpleasant to work with they even did other things which dissapointed me but that's another issue for another time. More
