They took me in without an appointment for an estimate. With the estimate I had my service adviser Latanya order the parts and call me when they arrived. Had a bad experience. The person I normally deal with was on vacation, so another tech submitted the paper work for my car repair. It was the WORST service ever. One of the worst service departments, ever. No communication, ignores inquiries about your vehicle, lie about messages and charge you for damage ls they cause on your car. Cost for parts are No communication, ignores inquiries about your vehicle, lie about messages and charge you for damage ls they cause on your car. Cost for parts are two to three times what others charge and inflated labor charges. Held my car for three weeks with no communication on progress for a job that only takes three hours. I traded the car to another dealer while they still had it and left GMC behind. Went with Mercedes Benz. More
