I would have given a zero rating but that was not an option. Service department wanted to charge me $360 plus for a part that should have never broken (gas cap cover that cost $68). The vehicle is only option. Service department wanted to charge me $360 plus for a part that should have never broken (gas cap cover that cost $68). The vehicle is only 3 years old. There was no reasoning with the service manager so I took the part to another auto shop that only charged $80 for labor and it only took 10 minutes. I will NEVER return to this place again especially when I can get the job done for much less elsewhere. More
