I have gotten 2 cars from them the first one I got from them they were the onlt place that whould approve me and it was the only car they would approve me for but not even 3 months after getting the car th them they were the onlt place that whould approve me and it was the only car they would approve me for but not even 3 months after getting the car the check engine light came on and the transmission was going out so I ended up going back to them to get another car wasn't too upset about the first car because it was an older car with quite a bit of miles so I ended up getting a car a few years older then my previous one 3 days later the check engine like came on in the new car took about a week before they finally did anything about it gave us a temp car while they fixed it but 3 months after that the check engine light came back on and the car wouldn't switch gears while my boyfriend was driving it on the freeway we called this time they didn't want to help out said there is nothing that they can do about it must boyfriend asked if we could bring the car back and trade it for another one and put more money down and they said they can't do that the only way they can take the car back is if we stopped making payments but it would be considered a repo on us, they are good when it comes to missing or not being able to make a full payment for the month but when it comes to having car issues right after u get the car there service is crappy More

stay away from OPTION Motors! I just bought a BMW a week ago. Service light came up, I took it in to BMW to get it checked out. There were over 3k+ of work to make the car safe to drive and would not hurt m ago. Service light came up, I took it in to BMW to get it checked out. I still have 30days warranty from the dealer plus i bought the 5 year Extended warranty which is not taken anywhere. Save your money! don't buy from them!!! REPORT THEM! bunch of scammers! More
