Theyre solution was to have my wife spend $14 on a Sole Red touch up pen!!! They knew there was an issue with the paint color Sole Red. Ultimately, they repainted the car and took them almost a month. Next, it was the smart camera breaking system popping codes on the dashboard. This was fixed reluctantly and it happened again!!! Now they want $1,400+ to repair a defective part that they been having problems with since 2019. This dealership is manipulative and knew about these issues before my wife purchased the car. The service manager Joe, is snarky and ignorant. Following through now with a complaint with New Jersey Consumer affairs. Don’t buy a car from this dealership. More

I came to Open Road with a considerable challenge. Still in an open bankruptcy, I needed to make a change in vehicles. I wanted to trade in a gas guzzler and get into a more economical car. My inte Still in an open bankruptcy, I needed to make a change in vehicles. I wanted to trade in a gas guzzler and get into a more economical car. My internet inquiry connected me with Margaret Ferrara at Open Road. Margaret and management was infinitely patient and quite helpful in coordinating all the extra paperwork necessary to get me in a car. I could not have asked for a better experience. More

Called to find out what coverage is and found out no extended coverage. When I called the Dealer I was told I was either confused or misinformed and will not add extended coverage as promised during the sale of the vehicle. I even have text messages from the sales person about the extended coverage. More
Sales person stated that I was lucky to be able to test drive a car. What value does a dealership have besides allowing customers to test drive the car and complete the transaction? Then was told they coul drive a car. What value does a dealership have besides allowing customers to test drive the car and complete the transaction? Then was told they couldn't give me the price because I might take it to shop elsewhere when I told them I'll get the numbers from them then go over it with my wife. Hostile interaction that I had to get up and walk away from. More

Seeing the reviews went for a test drive with my wife.. its her first time buying a car so this process is exciting for her. Going in, the person we had booked an appoinment for 6 30 today was not there. The guy who met us at the door starts searching for our name meanwhile we check for the cars in the showroom. He calls us with an attitude as if we are kids playing around with the cars. I let that go.. ihe started off with cars are going for 5k above msrp and i repeated to him i can talk about prices only after test driving the car as we had no idea how the car drove.. he goes on to say .. they are not allowed people to test drive since we will put miles on cars.. second attitude... i let that go as well. He goes inside and comes out with a paper asking us to sign to accept any liability since they cannot accompany us on the test drive.. nice try dude.. i test drive the car and you would have me liable for a scrath which was already existing I have driven about 5 cars alone over the past week and no one has ever told me to sign something for a test drive nor have they shown so much attitude.. Please remember just because you have an upperhand in terms of chip shortage does not mean you treat customers like xxxx.. in 2 years you will have to come back to come back to us if the situation changes.. customer service is not a seasonal affair. That said i would gladly take my buiness to a different dealer who ever treats me with respect and i would make sure to talk about my experience to my friends, family, colleagues to never recommend your dealership.
