I went into the dealership for a simple oil change and came home with a new car. Although l still had a few months remaining on my lease Micheal was able to quickly convince me that now was the time for came home with a new car. I feel it was a very good move to choose the Chevy Tahoe. And choosing Michael to help me was definitely the right move. Love the car. More

Just bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu back in May, I wrote previously that the sales manager and sales rep where great but unfortunately the car isn't so great. I have had nothing but headaches since purchasi previously that the sales manager and sales rep where great but unfortunately the car isn't so great. I have had nothing but headaches since purchasing this CAR "13 Malibu" Been back and forth to the dealership to have issues fixed. One thing after another. First off this is a brand new car and check engine light came on a day after purchasing. Supposedly gas cap had to be tightened, That did not work! Then I brought it back on Memorial day "Service Center Closed" Sales Rep changed gas cap, That did not work! Went back the following day and had to leave my car! Service Center Rep stated they found nothing wrong after they ran a diagnostic test, yet OnStar said codes populated, and they "Service Center Mechanic" simply reset the check engine light. 2 days later back on. Called GM Corporate office and had to have them help me. They asked me to take it back to dealership, guess what all of a sudden they found a pin sized hole in the fuel tank line where the gas cap is placed. They finally fixed that problem. Now 3 1/2 months of having my car I had to bring back to the dealership for a Stabilitrac Service light COMING ON!!! Called the dealership after seeing light and was transferred to 5 different people with no luck of anyone answering I had no choice but to contact corporate AGAIN. They finally got a Sales Manager on the phone that got the head Mechanic on the phone as well and they had me do a OnStar Diagnostic and guess what a service code was detected yet again, this time something to do with ABS and Stabiltrac. Took my car in on Friday Sept 6th and got a Service guy with an Attitude, unfortunately for him Corporate is involved and his boss "Service Manager". So he was dealt with accordingly. Now I was given a Loaner and have yet to hear back from them. Not a good way to keep a customer satisfied. So I spoke with a Lawyer and was advised to have them swap out car and if they are not willing to comply file a lawsuit. My suggestion is if you want to buy from this dealership be prepared to be scammed from both the service department and from the management. By the way I was told that I shouldn't have any issues anymore after they fixed the check engine light the first time. What A JOKE!!! Be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP and if you do make sure you thoroughly check your car before you pull off the lot. More

I had passed by Multi Chevrolet dealership and decided to give it a try. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Cyril McGough, he was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He did not give me the feeling of being rushed or swindled as I felt with so many other car salesman. I felt very comfortable with him and decided to purchase a new Chevy. Two days later my husband and I picked up our new car and the customer service has continued to be great, as we have since received phone calls and e-mails from the staff making sure that we are happy with our purchase. More
The staff at Multi Chevrolet is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They really make you feel like you're a part of the family as soon as you walk in the door. I took my car to get the brakes changed and the oil changed. I left a file box in the car. Not only did someone break the box due to probably not being able to open it; an item that I had in the box changed. I left a file box in the car. Same trick they all use, bring it in to fix something and then they brake something else in the process and want to you to pay to fix it!!!!
