Crooks My parents are loyal customers of Multi Chevrolet. They brought car in for service and service salesperson told them they needed a fuel pump over $110 My parents are loyal customers of Multi Chevrolet. They brought car in for service and service salesperson told them they needed a fuel pump over $1100 and proceeded to give tune-up and charged for 7 hours labor. My parents said car was outside for 5 hours on lift for 2 hours and only time they saw anybody working on it was close to one. I tried to send a complaint letter to them with my phone number to discuss, they never called. I am getting ready to file law suit. I would advise ALL TO AVOID MULTI CHEVROLET IN UNION. More

( Address : 2675 US-22, Union, NJ 07083 Phone:(908) 686-2800 ) I was looking at a used car under 12000 - a tough task to find a good SUV car in that range Steve found a Nisaan Rogue from teh stock. Car was really nice and in excellent condition. Their service work shop had made it like new. Steve Subaru in sales worked with his manager and gave me an excellent offer on price. He has a Knack to attend customers, be concerned about their choices and pain points. He strives his best to deliver solutions. After paying deposit, i drive the car 2nd time and somehow i felt that side rear window was too small to look at the side lane while changing lanes. And i stalled. Steve helped me giving very good suggestion based on his experience. Anthony Izzo ( Manager of Multi Chevy ) was also very co operative and made me talk to their service engineer to provide me some insights into mirror fixing. Overall experience of working with them was super nice. Though i bugged them couple of times , every time they were very patient and tried to help even though Nisaan was not their speciality. They spoke with Luis Rivera and came to a deal concerning the price of the car. They filled out all the paperwork yesterday so that today all that was needed to do was sign the papers. My boyfriend's father could not go today so my boyfriend and I went with her. We were simply there to translate because her English is limited but we were told that everything was already decided on and ready to go. She signed the paperwork and when we got back home and spoke to my boyfriend's father, we discovered that Luis Rivera had changed the decided amount. She will now be paying more than $7,000 extra than what was decided on. Luis Rivera is now ignoring our phone calls and messages. He decided to take advantage of a poor woman who he knew did not speak much English. My boyfriend and I also found it very suspicious when I was holding my phone in my hand and accused me of recording him (btw my phone was locked and I was simply holding it). Luis Rivera did not explain any of the paperwork and brushed off any and all questions we had for him. I personally will NEVER be going back to that dealership. And I will continue to mention his name (Luis Rivera) in the hopes that no one else ever has to deal with him or deal with a situation like this. More

Salesman talked to me like I'm stupid after papers signed. . The salesman Dan price was the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever dealt with. I love the car and I'm ok with the price I paid - but I don't think it's correct for a salesman to mumble under his breath saying he can't wait for me to leave. Also, after deal was done and papers signed he talked down to me every chance he got. Talked to me like I was stupid and like my questions had no validity. . . . My only regret about this purchase is that dan price was the salesman I had to deal with. Luis Rivera did my financial and I can only say good things about him - he was a complete gentlemen. . . . To me it is very sad to be treated like a jerk after spending $26000 on a used car. . . . . I am completely disgusted with him and I think as a company this dealership should have some sort of standard on how the salesman treat the customer. . . "Certified Pre-Owned NIGHTMARE" My girlfriend visited this dealership on her own, she test drove two cars a "CERTIFIED 2010 CHEVY MALIBU" and a "CERTIFIED 2014 CHEVY IMPALA". She dec My girlfriend visited this dealership on her own, she test drove two cars a "CERTIFIED 2010 CHEVY MALIBU" and a "CERTIFIED 2014 CHEVY IMPALA". She decided to go with the Malibu for the better fuel economy and more affordable price. The cost of the car before they tacked on their "HIDDEN FEES (SERVICE CONTRACT) it would have only been about 12500.00 or less before interest from the bank. They tacked on an additional fee of 2495.00 FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT!!!!! At the time they explained the service contract only would cover OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS BUT WHAT THEY DIDN'T TELL HER IS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 2500.00 FOR THIS CONTRACT. I'M SURE IF THEY DID SHE WOULD HAVE SAID IF IT ONLY COVERS OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS THEN FORGET IT TO KEEP TO THE COST DOWN. That's just the start of the problems. AFTER SHE TOOK THE CAR HOME WE WERE DRIVING IN IT AND THE BACK RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR MADE A THUMP EVERTYIME WE WENT OVER A BUMP, SO SHE DROPPED THE CAR OFF THE NEXT DAY FOR THEM TO PUT IT IN SERVICE. THE SERVICE GUY TOLD HER IT'S A USED CAR AND THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH BEING THAT IT'S USED. SHE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE SALES GUY AND HAVE THE SALES GUY INFORM THE SERVICE GUY TO FIX WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT AND NOT CHARGE HER ANYTHING, (LUCKILY WE WEREN'T CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE) HOWEVER, AFTER TAKING THE CAR BACK HOME SHE WAS THINKING ABOUT GOING NEW SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHES OF A USED CAR, WE TOOK IT TO A FORD DEALER TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO AND THEY VALUED THIS 12500.00 CAR AT AROUND 7000.00 DOLLARS. THE REASON THE VALUE IS ONLY AT AROUND 7000.00 DOLLARS IS BECAUSE THEY EXPLAINED TO US THAT THE MOTOR MOUNTS ARE BAD SO WHAT DID WE DO WE WENT BACK TO CHEVY AND TOLD THEM TO BUY US OUT OF THE CAR AND OF COURSE AS ALL DEALERS DO THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT HOW HAPPY OR UNSATISFIED THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AFTER THEY GET YOU TO SIGN THAT CONTRACT. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS PUSHING THEIR CARS ONTO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ONCE IT IS IN YOUR HANDS THEY ARE UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO BE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY. WE NOW HAVE TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO REPAIR EVERYTHING ON THE CAR THAT IS BROKEN AND HOPE THAT EVEN AFTER THE SERVICE CONTRACT WEARS OUT NOTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THE FORD DEALERSHIP WHICH IS JUST A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD IN SPRINGFIELD NJ SEEMED VERY WILLING TO TRY AND HELP US BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE UNABLE TO BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY VALUED OUR VEHICLE AT. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AT ALL I WOULD NOT BRING MY FAMILY HERE I WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A MECHANIC AND HAVE TIME TO CHECK THE CAR FULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT.
