DISGRACEFUL BUNCH OF LIARS:I called up yesterday to DISGRACEFUL BUNCH OF LIARS: I called up yesterday to setup a service appointment and asked for a loaner. At the end of the call, I told her that I DISGRACEFUL BUNCH OF LIARS: I called up yesterday to setup a service appointment and asked for a loaner. At the end of the call, I told her that I will be travelling from an hour away and would need a loan and she confirmed again. They asked me to come this morning. After driving an hour and arriving at the dealership, they said that there was no loaner and I had to wait for 2 hours to complete. I then spoke to the manager who said that it was a receiptionist who promised me to loaner and not him! He told me to either take my car away or have my car serviced in 20 minutes. I dont know how the 2 hour service job can be done in 20 minutes and how the loaner car booked for me suddenly got cancelled! Just a bunch of liars. I would never recommend anyone to this place More
