For being so worried about REVIEWS, but they never followed up, this was a very poor experience. I working with my local BMW Dealership to invoice them directly for the FOB/key. More
Avoid buying a used car from this dealership. I'm in Maryland and I bought a used car which was traded in from these people. First of all, I do not know much about cars and from this dealership. I'm in Maryland and I bought a used car which was traded in from these people. First of all, I do not know much about cars and the car did not physically show any signs of issues. I got the car and on my way back to Maryland, a "service" light came on the dash which explains that the car was not serviced before they sold it. I got to Maryland and the car failed the State Inspection due to many issues like worn brakes, fog lights...etc. Total repairs was about $800. Before I got the car fixed, I called the dealership to find out what they could do and they told me that they listed the car for a great price and that's why they did not bother servicing it before selling it. They explained to me that there was nothing they could do to help me. Second Issue- When I was purchasing the car they had me pay about $425 to have my MVA documents taken care of. I initially declined it since I live close to the MVA and I could take care of it easily. My salesperson insisted that it's a service that they offer for FREE and it will save me time. I paid the $425 to have them do. I went to MVA to submit my state inspection documents and I found out that they did not pay my title fees. They covered just $225 of the fees (temp tags and regular tags) . I called the dealership back and they told me that they charge $200 to submit documents to MVA but mean while, they charged extra $498 for documentation fee when I was buying the car. According to my salesperson, that $200 MVA document fee was not communicated to me right and there was no way that I was going to get refunded. More
Ask for Sami, you will not be disappointed!!! I have had multiple kinds of experiences (positive RAY PRICE HONDA and negative DCH HONDA OF PARAMUS ) with many different dealers. Yesterday I stopp I have had multiple kinds of experiences (positive RAY PRICE HONDA and negative DCH HONDA OF PARAMUS ) with many different dealers. Yesterday I stopped by and met Mr. Sami. It was a pure pleasure to meet and learn from him. He truly understands our needs and thanks to him we are ready to make an educated decision. Sami is a knd of a person that you hardly ever meet. Kind, humble and trustworthy. We spend few hours test driving three different cars, he was taking his time explaining all the details without any pressure of buying. I must admit that one of his highest priorities is simply to deliver very high customer service. To me Sami is simply a role model and a GREAT MATCH to BMW. See you soon Sami! More
Sleazy Bait & Switch - STAY AWAY! Read "usatoday's" review posted on 12/13/15.....almost identical experience, but fortunately, I only wasted some time and not money or a trip. Ex Read "usatoday's" review posted on 12/13/15.....almost identical experience, but fortunately, I only wasted some time and not money or a trip. Exhibit 1: Roxbury advertises a 2015 CPO X1 in cars.com claiming it has a technology package. Pictures of interior / dash clearly show that it doesn't even have navigation, let alone technology. Send them an e-mail asking what's up? Internet salesman Ramon Guadelupe responds that it has the technology package and tells me to look at pictures on Roxbury's website. Pull up website and exact same pictures with NO navigation. Exhibit 2: Find out yesterday that president of our company had similar experience in 2014. Car advertised with a low ball price, calls up and is told, in a three day sequence (a) car is sold, (b) car went to auction, (c) car is off market due to cracked windshield, (d) car is back due to financing that fell through but now at higher price. He (former Marriott executive) took the issue to the president of Open Road dealerships, and was chastised for raising it! I'm active on the Maryland Chapter BMW-CCA and a member of Porsche PCA Club Racing Team. If this was Maryland, I'd have our state attorney general start an investigation of the repeated false advertising and bait and switch tactics. But it's not worth my time to f--- around with New Jersey, where sleaziness appears to be tolerated, and BMW of Roxbury is the king of it. Just STAY AWAY!! BMW's are great cars, and their are far better dealers out there. No wonder Elon Musk won't sell Tesla's through New Jersey franchise dealers, only their own employees. Perhaps BMW should consider doing the same, or at least terminating Roxbury. They would be better off in the sewage business. More
Horrible My wife and I drove nearly an hour to see a CPO X1 SUV. It was in the showroom, but unfortunately it was sold. I had called the dealer in the morning My wife and I drove nearly an hour to see a CPO X1 SUV. It was in the showroom, but unfortunately it was sold. I had called the dealer in the morning twice to see if it was available, the first time was about an hour after they opened and no one answered. I called back about 15 minutes later and a sales person picked up and said at that time it was still available. We decided to go that afternoon since they did have others on the lot. We were in the showroom for 15-20 minutes looking at the car and others and NO ONE even said hello or asked if we needed help. We walked outside to look around and spent another 10 minutes looking around the lot. No one offered to help us. There were sales people around chatting with one another but I guess what they were talking about was more important than earning a sale. We left very disappointed, and made a decision to not even look at other BMWs. The next day we purchased an Audi Q3 and the experience was night and day vs. BMW of Roxbury. More

Worst dealership ever! Be very very careful with these people!! First I want to say that I am aware that a lot of people post negative reviews because they are angry. S Be very very careful with these people!! First I want to say that I am aware that a lot of people post negative reviews because they are angry. Sometimes for no reason. But I post this only because this is the worst dealership I have ever experienced in my life. I am also sure that the few positive reviews that they have on here. They posted themselves. So this is what happened: I found a Bmw advertised for a good price, but with the wrong pictures. So I called and asked for the pictures. It took a day or two before I got it. Strange. But ok. When I got the pics I said "I take it". I am on the west coast, but I wanted to take a road trip with my family from NJ to LA. Then they said: "You got 48 hours to pick it up, if not we sell it to someone else". WHAT THE xxxx..... Again I repeated that I am on the west coast and that I need more time. At least 48 hours from when the paperwork was singed and car was paid for. After a lot of back and forth (in a very unprofessional way from their side) this guy Eric finally said he going to take care of that. So I called my family and asked them to book flight tickets from Europe to NJ. Then they asked me if I want to finance it or buy cash. I had the cash ready (I even sent them statements). But I said lets try to finance it. (I have never financed a car before. Always paid cash). It was a lot of back and forth with them for days, before they actually got back to me. (I think they did this by purpose). I then go into their webpage to make sure they removed it from there. But it was still there. But they changed the price to a higher price. When I called them to ask why. This guy Alfredo said "I am busy what do you want". SUPER RUDE and unprofessional! I asked them why they suddenly have a higher price on the car. Then he they say they are going to honor the price (they never did). At this point I started to feel very concerned that this was some kind of scam. Then I read reviews online and see that have done this to others too. They got my personal information. What is the purpose of doing things like this? I dont even know. So I email them and I say that "you know what, I just pay cash". After that I never got a hold of them. And they never emailed me or called me back. Because they never wanted to sell the car for that price in the first place. This is false advertising and some kind of bait-and-switch operation. They are breaking the law. Why they do it? As I say, I dont even know. But again. Do NOT trust them! If you go to YELP you will see that they did the same thing to others. I lost a lot on cancelling of our flights. And I wasted almost a week. I believe that if Bmw Germany knew about the way these guys run their business. They would face serious consequences! I will report them! 0 stars!! More

As an owner of 7 pervious BMWs this was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. My Salesman, Nicholas, was able to answer every question I had regarding my new 6 Series and their entire staff was nothing but courteous and professional throughout my entire visit. I applaud their management as well as their owner as this is truly one of the finest dealerships I have ever visited. Thank you BMW of Roxbury. More
