I was mesmerized with mister Farhad on how awesome he handl Mister Farhad was the coolest guy ever. I drove all the way from OC Buena Park to Arizona we trade out two cars Bentley and CL550 for his S class 2015 Mister Farhad was the coolest guy ever. Professionalism to the end. First off, I must say Rhad is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with, more on that later. I conducted business with Onyx from across the country and Shaw was excellent to work with and was always willing to give me as much information as I needed while dealing over such long distance. When dealing with cars especially used cars and even more so with such exotic cars it is extremely hard to see all little bugs that could be present. I understand this and did have an issue about 100 miles after I picked up my Aston Martin DB9. This is where Oynx truly shines with the help of Rhad. It's one thing for a store to work hard to sell a car but another thing to stand behind the cars they sell. Mistakes are part of life and its how we own up to them that truly defines us. I commend Rhad for acknowledging the mistake and taking care of it for me. I would gladly buy a vehicle from Onyx again because of their commitment to their cars and customers. Thank you Rhad! More
