So I’m making 2 car payments, paying insurance on 2 cars and I’m pissed!!!! Meeting with attorneys tomorrow. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ONYX Back in September I purchased a Porsche Panamera from ONYX. I do not live in Arizona so initially I worked with Frank and Lisa via email and phone Back in September I purchased a Porsche Panamera from ONYX. I do not live in Arizona so initially I worked with Frank and Lisa via email and phone calls. We had everything negotiated so I hoped on an airplane to look at the vehicle and close the deal. We had worked out that I would pick up the vehicle at noon. Upon arriving at ONYX at the agreed upon time I was greeted by Frank. He told me that they were putting on a fresh pair of brake pads but that the car was not ready. This was the first time I was told of this repair. Five hours later I was told that the issue wasn’t the brake pads but it was a parking brake and brake pad sensor that needed repair. Why none of this was communicated to me before I flew to Arizona is beyond me. Frank (appearing to be on the phone with Rhad, the owner) told me that ONYX would pay for the repairs. They even told me what shop to take it to in Salt Lake City. Nevertheless, now it’s December and after countless attempts via email, telephone, and certified letter I can’t get ahold of ONYX. I have been in contact with the Arizona Divison of Motorvehicles and will soon be filing a claim against ONYX with the Maricopa Justice Court. I have multiple documented responses from Frank, Sahar, Lisa, and Rhad all of which state that ONYX would be sending me a check. Guess we will see how that shakes out in court. More

LIARS Purchased a Mercedes SL500 from Frank. After my first visit decided to offer full price for the car as long as I received 2 fully functional keys. A Purchased a Mercedes SL500 from Frank. After my first visit decided to offer full price for the car as long as I received 2 fully functional keys. After a little back and forth it was agreed and put in the due bill. I was told by Frank to go and get the key done and I would be reimbursed. After sending them the invoice and several email attempts I realized they were dodging me. After calling I was but off and told by Frank that "that's not what I said." Typical sleeze ball car salesman tactics with complete disregard to ethics and integrity. Also they didn't smog the car for me and I had to out of the way myself to get it done. Disappointed in the character of this business and will unfortunately have to pursue them in another route. I would recommend steering clear of this business and going with a dealer that does what they say. After ready other reviews on here I am sad I didn't do my research on them before coming in. Looks like I'm not the only one having problems with them. More

Beware bought a Mercedes S550 Coupe from this dealership. Initially, my experience was good. I spoke with Frank, asked for a CARFAX, and spoke with him ab bought a Mercedes S550 Coupe from this dealership. Initially, my experience was good. I spoke with Frank, asked for a CARFAX, and spoke with him about seeing the vehicle in person. I bought a plane ticket to Arizona that day to check the car out and they had someone pick me up from the airport. Once I got to the dealership I looked at the car, took it for a test drive, and decided I would purchase it. Frank and I specifically spoke about having certain issues fixed on the car BEFORE it was shipped. The car was to be detailed inside and out (because the owner had been driving the car and there was noticeable dirt, and shoe prints, etc.) in the seats and floors, the key fobs were dead and supposed to be changed, the tire pressure was supposed to have been checked and there was SUPPOSED to be a complete service done on the car. However, upon the car being delivered the same issues that were previously discussed were apparent upon me inspecting the vehicle. I turned the car on and the car lit up like a Christmas tree with different lights. The service B was overdue by 366 days, the check engine light was on, the tire pressure was not fixed, however, the shoe prints were removed in the vehicle and that was it. I called Frank that very day and explained to him all the issues that I have and that this was supposed to be completed before I received the vehicle and Frank specifically told me to take my 80K dollar car to Pep Boys and have it looked at I spoke with Frank nearly every day to rectify the issue and I continued to get nothing from him. I became so frustrated dealing with Frank & excuses that I asked to speak to the owner. The owner never attempted to reach out and wouldn't return any of my calls. I ended up having a flat from the tire that was low in tire pressure and no jack, lug wrench, spare tire, or correct lug screw was in the trunk resulting in me calling a tow truck. Finally, I had to let Frank know that I notified my lawyer because the paperwork received with the vehicle clearly states that the issues were rectified upon the car being shipped. The reason I gave two stars and not one is because when I took the car to the Mercedes Dealership Onyx Motorsport did pay for the service B that was supposed to be done before the car came. Other than that, the aftermath of car buying was a complete disaster for me. More

Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. He even helped us out with a brand new set of tires. Lisa was absolutely perfect in finance. We paid cash for our car after our trade in. Lisa went over all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything. She gave us info on an extended warranty. We didn't purchase it yet but she said we could come back at a later date and purchase it. Would highly recommend Frank and Lisa and Onyx Motorsports to anybody, they were a pleasure to work with. More
