It appears they're proud of their ability to screw prospective used car buyers like me. To make a very long story short, the ads on their website are deceptive (bait and switch tactics from the old school) for used luxury cars. They advertise different wheels and options that do not come with the car, including options they can not deliver on, like keyless remotes. Armen, Danny, and their female assistant Osheryl are all smiles until the ownership of the vehicle is transferred, from there they will never talk to you again nor keep any contracts or agreements made with you. Together Armen and I signed a contract, when I purchased my Lexus, that Armen would provide me with the keyless remote promised for the car within 30 days. After fruitless attempts trying to communicate with Armen and his avoidance of all attempts to resolve the issue with me via phone, fax, and not accepting my certified letter at his business, I went to the LA Better Business Bureau for help. To date, 90+ days later, Armen at Online Motors has still not responded to the BBB claim or myself. Armen mentioned when he transferred the ownership of the vehicle to me that if anything went wrong with the car we would never be able to find him.
